Questions buyers ask us
What is Mexxeden's minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 40 pieces per order, and you can mix colours and sizes within those 40 pieces.
How long does production take?
Bulk orders have a 14-day turnaround. A sample takes about the same time to make as a bulk order.
Do you make samples before bulk production?
Yes. We make a physical sample and send it for your approval before bulk production. Sample pricing depends on your design.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide and work with brands, retailers and clubs in the USA, UK, Canada, Germany and across Europe. Orders ship by FedEx and usually arrive in 4–5 days.
Can you put my brand name and labels on the products?
Yes. Every order is private label: we add your branded tags, woven, leather or PU patches, embroidery and retail packaging to your specification.
